I live in Eugene, OR and have not seen a single person wearing one. If I don’t see them here then I doubt they are actually a thing.

Yeah, I really question whether anyone is actually wearing them, anywhere. Outside of, like, a fraternity all going to a game together and deciding to all wear them as a joke or something.
